TJS Service Centre in Gillingham (Dorset) is an independent Mercedes-Benz specialist centre owned and run by experienced technician - Terry Sheppard. Terry has over 25 years experience working with Mercedes Benz, so your vehicle will be in safe hands.​

Having gained valuable manufacturer's training to Senior Technician status, Terry decided to open TJS Service Centre in April 2004. In 2005, Lee Ford joined as a technician, bringing with him invaluable Mercedes-Benz and VW Audi dealer experience. Terry Thorne joined TJS back in early 2015. He has over 40 years experience under his belt as a vehicle technician and is passionate about the Mercedes-Benz brand.
TJS Service Centre is equipped with dealer-level diagnostic testing equipment that is capable of coding and flash programming. As a result, diagnostic times are kept to a minimum. TJS Service Centre only ever uses Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts.
