TJS Service Centre in Gillingham (Dorset) is an independent Mercedes-Benz specialist centre owned and run by experienced technician - Terry Sheppard. Terry has over 25 years experience working with Mercedes Benz, so your vehicle will be in safe hands.
Having gained valuable manufacturer's training to Senior Technician status, Terry decided to open TJS Service Centre in April 2004. In 2005, Lee Ford joined as a technician, bringing with him invaluable Mercedes-Benz and VW Audi dealer experience. Terry Thorne joined TJS back in early 2015. He has over 40 years experience under his belt as a vehicle technician and is passionate about the Mercedes-Benz brand.
TJS Service Centre is equipped with dealer-level diagnostic testing equipment that is capable of coding and flash programming. As a result, diagnostic times are kept to a minimum. TJS Service Centre only ever uses Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts.
